The Kentucky Center for Leadership is a nonprofit dedicated to developing leaders across the state through events, training, and resources. I initially joined them to design materials for their inaugural Next-Level Leadership conference, which evolved into a full Webflow website overhaul and an ongoing contract for event and social media design.
The Kentucky Center for Leadership provides organizational training, membership resources, and hosts the annual Next-Level Leadership Summit.
They brought me on in August 2024 to create cohesive design materials for their first major conference. After that, they needed a centralized, updated web presence to house their membership portal, resources, and event registration.
I started by designing the conference logo, booklet covers, slide deck, and social media graphics. We then transitioned into an ongoing contract where I provide marketing strategy advice, technical support, and continuous design work for their events.
In September 2026, I launched a complete overhaul of their website in Webflow. The new site features a membership portal, news and media sections, and a dedicated summit page with speaker details and a priority list. Between conferences, I continue to design their event flyers and social posts.
