Agency: Passage Creative. Custom search code by a contracted programmer.

SKY Rubber Tracks provides aftermarket tracks and parts for heavy equipment operators who are often shopping in a rush because a machine is down. I transformed their overwhelming digital catalog of over 3,700 listings into a streamlined, fitment-focused search tool by connecting Webflow to Shopify.

The Client

This Kentucky-based company serves contractors, owner-operators, and equipment managers who need precise replacement parts fast.

The Challenge

Their original site functioned like a dense digital catalog. With over 3,700 listings—often the same track listed multiple times for different machines—customers had to navigate too many category and vendor pages to find the right part.

The Approach

After auditing the site and customer journey, I identified search as the primary hurdle. I designed a plan that included a make-and-model finder, a track decoder, and trust signals about fitment, shipping, and returns. I worked with a contracted programmer who built a custom code solution to handle the complex search requirements.

The Deliverables

I built the site using Liquiflow, pairing Webflow's visual control with Shopify's robust backend. We consolidated the inventory into about 135 unique track sizes with tread patterns as variants and compatible machines stored as searchable data. The site is now managed by the client's team.

Let's Work Together.
