BG 2050 is the long-range plan for Bowling Green and Warren County, an area expecting massive growth over the next two decades. I designed the campaign collateral and helped shape the web strategy for "What Could BG Be?", a public input campaign developed with a team at Google to gather community ideas.
BG 2050 is focused on preparing Bowling Green and Warren County for an expected population growth of about a third over the next 20 years.
The initiative needed to reach a broad, diverse demographic to gather public input between February 14 and March 17, 2025. It required highly visible touchpoints throughout the city to encourage participation.
I designed a wide range of physical collateral anchored by a recurring circular badge featuring the campaign name and a QR code. I also helped shape the strategy for the campaign website, sitting in on meetings alongside a team at Google to review feedback and refine the experience.
The design rollout included GoBG Transit bus window clings, a downtown street banner, A-frame table cards for local businesses, coffee sleeves, multilingual postcards, business cards, and QR stickers.
